Roger Lange is organizing an outing to photograph the vintage cars at the Wisconsin Auto Museum in Hartford. It is about a 45 minute drive from Franklin, and easy to find, just a block off Hwy. 60.

The Kissel Kar company produced cars from 1906 to 1936 in Hartford. They have a large collection of Kissel cars, Nash, Jeffries, and Rambler cars all produced in Wisconsin, plus other vintage cars from the 1940’s and 50’s. There are about 120 cars on two levels of the museum. The museum is open from 10 am to 5 pm Wednesday thru Saturday.
The event is planned on Saturday March 30th. We could car pool and meet for breakfast at the Mine Shaft restaurant in Hartford, address 22 N Main St, Hartford, WI 53027 around 10 am and then go to the museum a few blocks away. Restaurant website is Mineshaft Restaurant.
